Some of the Comments:

“I came across this recipe on Foodgawker and I am so making these this week end! Yum!!! I will win Wifey of the month for sure!”

“This was so delicious! We left the rice plain and used the sauce from the ribs to flavor it. Everything was so good. We also used romaine lettuce leaves instead of tortillas, which the kids thought was fun. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and a memory from a fun day in Seoul.”

“These made me fall in love with my crock pot again. Super easy and my whole family loved them. Will make again and again!”

3. Most Searched Recipe of 2013 (Easy Homemade Granola Bars)

And for the record, Eric and I BOTH agreed that OUR favorite recipe of 2013 was those Korean Beef Rib Tacos. This is how I feel about them: Why am I not eating them right now?
